Bowen Island : "Homage to Aker"

An historic eight acre waterfront estate/ private compound (originally part of the Miller Landing estate) with a large primary residence several secondary residences, sports building, dock, private beach and amenity structures, all nestled within a quintessential west coast waterfront setting. Our task was to completely redesign and re-plan the south portion, including grading, hardscape areas, steps, landings, ramps, plantings, lighting, sculpture placement and a new courtyard large enough to accommodate 25 people, with a full kitchen facility.
