Bowen Island

A four acre waterfront estate with a large primary residence and several secondary residences all nestled within a quintessential west coast setting. Our task was to update the front entry, revise the grading and all hardscape areas, steps, landings, ramps, plantings, lighting and add a new courtyard large enough to accommodate 20 people, with a full kitchen facility.
